George Watson Solicitors Limited provides residential conveyancing services. It is owned and managed by Hayley George, a solicitor who qualified in 2000.

SERVICES
Conveyancing is the legal process of transferring the title of a property from one party to another. In most cases, this is the process of buying or selling a flat or a house, but can also include transferring equity (transferring the title from two names into one), and adding a mortgage to a property or re-mortgaging a property.

Hayley George, a solicitor with over 23 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, deals with each transaction throughout the entire process. She will be on hand to provide guidance and explain the process in easy to understand language and answer any questions each step along the way.

HAYLEY GEORGE
Hayley has been providing residential conveyancing services since she qualified as a solicitor in London in 2000.
She has been living and working in Norfolk since 2003.

Hayley is friendly and approachable, with a proactive attitude and a commitment to keep clients updated at all times in order to sensibly manage expectations. Returning calls and replying to emails is such a simple way to keep clients happy, but not doing so is one of the most common complaints during the conveyancing process.

Most of Hayley’s work comes via personal recommendation from existing clients. From property purchase or sale, through to more complex unregistered transactions, she is adept at creating a bespoke service to meet the needs
of each and every client.

All fees are subject to VAT (registration number: 426 9245 79). Some of the disbursements will attract VAT and we have included this in the disbursement costs shown below.
